EXECUTIVE TEAM

ELIZABETH OLSON
President
Elizabeth Olson is the COO at Harvester Financial Credit Union. She started out as a Member Service Representative and from there transitioned to Marketing. She graduated from IUPUI with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Her time at Harvester has helped her gain experience in project implementation, website editing/design, procedures, reports, and training. In 2018, she was a crasher for the CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference. In 2019, she was awarded with the Emerging Leadership Award from the Indiana Credit Union League. She has recently completed CUNA Management School to become a Certified Credit Union Executive.
She has volunteered with CUNA for the Marketing and Business Development Council by being on the Membership Committee. She has also volunteered with Hope Center Indy which is an organization that helps women get out of human trafficking. As for her personal life, she loves to go to spin class, take outdoor walks, spend time with her husband, and spend time with friends. A fun fact about Elizabeth is that she loves photography.

AMANDA DENNEY
Vice President
Amanda Denney is the VP, DEIB and Community Impact at Elements Financial. She began her career in credit unions 16 years ago, starting as a part-time call center specialist. Ms. Denney attended Michigan State University and received a master’s degree in Management, Leadership, and Strategy in 2020 and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Management from Northwood University in 2018. Her work focuses on systemic banking issues and expanding access to individuals through financial literacy, products, and education. Ms. Denney has created nationally recognized DEIB programs that enhance workplace culture for employees and better serve the needs of the community.
Ms. Denney enjoys spending time with her two sons where they travel, do home improvements, or garden together. She is an avid reader, homesteader, and a motorcycle enthusiast. In the warm months you can find Ms. Denney and her family at Lake Michigan or traveling abroad and visiting new places.

BRIAN SWICK
Secretary
Brian began his journey with Everwise Credit Union in 2020 and became an Assistant Branch Manager in Crawfordsville in 2023. Brian serves on the Community Council for DEIB at Everwise. Brian is the Chairperson of Everwise Credit Union's Early Career Employee Resource Group, which promotes mentorship and fostering growth.
In his personal life, Brian finds joy in the company of his wife, Jennie, and their two small dogs, Weasley and Bernadette. Beyond the banking world, he is an active participant in his local community theater, "The Sugar Creek Players," where his versatility shines as an actor, director, and set-builder.

BEN TAYLOR
Treasurer
Ben Taylor is the Employee Experience Manager at Financial Center First Credit Union. He began his credit union career as a Teller in 2017, before moving into HR in 20218. Ben's work has focused on, talent acquisition, employee experience, DEIB, data analytics, training & organizational development. Before moving to Indianapolis from England in 2017, Ben graduated from the University of Leeds with a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors, in Sport and Exercise Science.
In 2019, he was selected to Crash the CUNA Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington DC. Ben was also chosen as a Crasher at the 2019 Indiana Credit Union League Convention. In 2021 Ben completed the Indiana Credit Union League's Ignite Program.
In his spare time Ben is an avid lover of sports, including Soccer, American Football & Rugby. He is a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
